- Second resizing onward: 300,000 VND/time for resizable designs.
- Ring remake if resizing is not possible: 800,000–1,000,000 VND depending on design.
- Minor deformation: first-time support may be free.
- Center diamond under 2 mm falling due to technical error within the first month: free replacement.
- Center diamond 2 mm or larger falling due to technical error within the first month: 50% cost support.
- JJewellery product certificate is required.
- PT900 platinum: trade-in 75% / buyback 70%.
- Natural diamonds 2 mm and above: trade-in 85% / buyback 80%.
